General terms and conditions

Our products can only be delivered to customers who are in possession of a trade licence.

In case of possible returns we kindly ask you to adequately frank the reconsignment in order to avoid unnecessary costs. For parcels of more than 2 kg we kindly ask you to make use of our collection service, please view delivery and shipping costs. Postal charges will be reimbursed (within Germany).

With your first order a possible necessary credit agency report will be allowed for.

Products out of stock:

If a certain product shall not be in stock we will inform you about its unavailability.

Payment:

As a matter of principle the products will be delivered to you using your chosen method of payment.

For the coverage of credit risk and according to the respective credit-worthiness we have to subject to delivering your requested order   against cash on delivery (C.O.D) only.

We will inform and consult the customer about this in advance and in due time.

As far as no other arrangements have been made foreign shipments to new customers are only possible by using credit card invoices ( Euro-/Mastercard, Visacard, American Express) or prepayment (bank transfer only).

Reservation of proprietary rights

The goods remain our property unitl full payment has been effected.
