All indicated prices are net prices plus statutory value added tax.

Dispatch costs within Germany:

With an order value of up to €100.00	€ 6.50
With an order value between €100.00 and €150.00	€ 5.50
With an order value between € 150.00 and € 250.00	€ 4.50
With an order value above €250.00	Free door-to-door shipment

 

Back orders will be delivered free of charge for orders from €50.00.
  
All delivered goods remain property of RELLANA Karin Reller e.K. until full payment has been received.

The first order must always be settled in advance.

International shipping costs:
The actual dispatch costs will be charged for international shipping. We will inform you about the amount per email.

The only accepted payment methods are credit card or payment in advance.
